Our Team

Three people who have worked in industrial manufacturing and got tired of watching avoidable failures happen.

Thomas Osei

Thomas Osei

CEO & Co-Founder

Spent eight years as an automation systems lead at Tier 1 automotive suppliers in Ohio and Michigan, including six years at a mid-size stamping plant running Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell FactoryTalk environments. Holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State. Built the first EdgeRun prototype on a Raspberry Pi in 2023.

Diana Ferreira

Diana Ferreira

CTO & Co-Founder

Former ML platform engineer at a condition monitoring startup acquired by Emerson Electric in 2021. Led the development of on-device anomaly detection models for rotating machinery using lightweight LSTM architectures. M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Expert in TensorRT optimization and OPC-UA protocol implementation.

Marcus Webb

Marcus Webb

Head of Hardware

Designed industrial sensor hardware at Honeywell Process Solutions for four years, specializing in intrinsically safe ATEX-certified sensor enclosures and IO-Link master interfaces. Holds five patents in industrial sensing hardware. B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Connecticut. Based in Stamford.

A small team with a specific focus

We are not trying to be a full-stack IIoT platform. We do predictive maintenance for rotating machinery, and we do it well.

Plant floor first

Every feature decision starts with a question: does this help the maintenance engineer on shift? If the answer is no, we don't build it. Our CTO spent time on-site with each pilot customer before any code was written.

Ship small, validate fast

We run 90-day pilots scoped to one asset class. That constraint forces us to pick the most valuable capability to deliver first. Pilots that don't show ROI don't get extended — and that accountability makes us build better software.

No sales engineers

Every technical conversation with a prospect is handled by a founder or our hardware lead. We don't have a sales engineering layer. If you have a question about OPC-UA integration or bearing fault libraries, you'll talk directly to the person who built it.

We're Hiring

Looking for application engineers

We're growing the application engineering team. Ideal candidates have CMMS administration experience (Maximo or SAP PM) and are comfortable on a manufacturing floor. Remote-friendly with occasional on-site visits to pilot customers.
